A prospective student, who meets the minimum registration prerequisites (secondary school graduation certificate with grade 14 and above) but doesn’t have the English Proficiency qualification, will be accepted in the particular academic program of study provided that he/she will get first the English Summer Course or Foundation Year. After qualifying exam, student will be placed in the first semester of their chosen program of study.

During the study of the first or second semester of the preparatory year of study, the student will be taught every day at least five teaching periods per day, but there would be no practical training in industry. All courses are mandatory.

During the study, as well as at the end of each academic semester of the preparatory year, the student will undergo oral and written exams, but will only be granted a certificate of attendance, without earning any credits or exclusion from future lessons. If the student’s performance at the end of the second semester of the preparatory year of study is considered by the Academic Council of the college’s satisfactory, the student will be placed in the first semester of the first year of the chosen academic program of study.
